Decaf coffee can typically be a bit...well rough. This decaf from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico is decaffeinated using the Swiss water process and we roasted dozens of batches to dial in a flavor that is smooth and enjoyable. It is certainly not as good as it's caffeinated counterpart, but if you are looking for a smooth and drinkable decaf coffee, this is the one for you! This also makes a mean affogato and won't keep you up late at night!
