Since we are shipping perishable food we cannot accept returns.  However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your coffee order.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we will find you a better option and make it right!

Shipping:

We use a flat rate for shipping to keep things simple and offer free shipping for orders over $48.  We ship ground delivery to minimize our carbon footprint, but please contact us if you have a need to rush an order and we will get it to you as quickly as possible.  All orders are roasted AFTER you order, but we try to ship out the next business day to get your order to you as quickly and as fresh as possible.
