This Costa Rican masterpiece is truly a unique coffee and is a must try for those seeking coffees that are distinct and flavorful. Strong and wonderful cinnamon notes then shift to a floral and almost tea-like body on the back of the palate.

Origin

The Cordillera de Fuego farm in the Alajuela Province of Costa Rica has produced fantastic coffees since 1984. Rich soil and a temperate climate provide an ideal landscape for cultivating some of the most dynamic and interesting coffees on the market.

Cloud Nectar comes from the Cordillera de Fuego farm in Alajueja, Costa Rica founded by Luis Eduardo Campos. He is constantly innovating new processing and fermentations that yield distinct and flavorful coffees year after year. Cloud Nectar is a shining example of the quality and technical expertise that only coffees from Cordillera de Fuego embody.

Roaster's Notes

Cloud Nectar is great on its own as an espresso or brewed coffee. However, you can't go wrong as a latte or flat white which the robust cinnamon notes will enhance if you prefer. If using a pour over, less is more so try not to overload the grounds to keep the body light and aromatic.
